About Us
Our Mission
D3 Sarada Service Society is dedicated with a strong belief on the quote of Father of Modern Medicine William Osler “ One of the first duties of the physician is to educate the masses not to take medicines”. Committed to prove this by the practical application of preventive measures with evidence based results. P4 concept of health is the only answer for the diseased community.
Our Vision
To build a healthier, disease-free, and empowered community in Tenali and surrounding rural areas of Guntur district by promoting preventive healthcare measures with p4 concept see and treat approach and also by introducing tamper resistant health documents is the main focus.
Our Focus & Implementation
Without proper guidance, patients often go from one hospital department to another, wasting time, money, and undergoing unnecessary tests. This delays the right treatment and can worsen health problems.
Symptom-based triage helps patients reach the correct doctor quickly. If used at the primary care level, it can reduce overcrowding in big hospitals and improve healthcare services.
D3 Sarada Service Society has successfully used this system, helping nearly 12,000 patients over the past five years.
P4 Health Pilot Project - Preventive Care in Action
At D3 Sarada Service Society, we believe that preventing disease is more powerful than treating it. With this vision, we implemented our P4 Health Pilot Project, based on the principles of predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory healthcare.
Through our community-based “See & Treat” approach, we conducted early screening, provided immediate counseling and basic treatment, and ensured timely referrals when needed. This helped reduce complications related to non-communicable diseases and women’s health conditions at the grassroots level.
We carried out this initiative in collaboration with the Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the Margadarshi Swarnandhra Pradesh – Vision 2047 program. Our work was appreciated for its evidence-based approach, transparent processes, and tamper-resistant health documentation.
